You can book a billable service request or warranty service request by completing an online form below.
If you are NOT in Western Australia:
If you have a warranty claim, please contact the business that supplied the iZone product to you. We have existing arrangements in place with our partner network to deal with warranty claims.
Your system is supplied with a standard 2-year warranty. To extend your warranty for a further 8 years you are required to complete this warranty registration form and email it to iZone at email@example.com along with a copy of your invoice within 60 days of purchase.
