ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

What user information is stored by iZone?

Personal information: Username, encrypted password, residential address, and uploaded images are securely stored in the iZone cloud server when registering for a worldwide account.

System information:  iZone collects users’ air-conditioning and zoning system configurations which are stored in the iZone Smart Hub.  This information would be uploaded to the iZone cloud server, if the Smart Hub is connected to the Internet, for the purpose of remote and voice controlling services such as Google Home.

 

How to delete your personal information?

From the iZone Home mobile application:

  • Tap on MENU from the main taskbar.
  • Select Account from the list of menu options.
  • Select your user account from the list of available Profiles.
  • Tap on Delete Account.
