Everything works EXCEPT the speaker is muffled and garbled. The mic, camera etc., all work perfectly fine and you can hear whoever is calling, as well as trigger the door strike, but they cannot hear you answer. I've recently purchased a pack of replacement camera lenses from 2N and will either swap out the lens for you, or include one in the package.
