The Dimmer module is hard wired to the mains power and uses wireless RF for the control communication
To comply with Australian / NZ wiring rules a Dimmer module should always be used when controlling circuits that require the control device to be installed in the roof space
This module is only suitable for locating indoors however, it can control lights which have a suitable rating that are located outdoors or in wet areas
The Dimmer module is not suitable for speed control of ceiling fans. Conventional dimmers cannot be incorporated into a circuit using an iZone Dimmer module
